Anti-Corruption Commission
Anti-Corruption Commission is an independent and impartial body whose responsibilities include fight against corruption.The responsibilities of the Commission include among other things investigation of corruption complaints, recommend for inquiry by other institutions matters that need to be further dealt by the institutions, recommend prosecution of offenses that require prosecution, conduct surveys and recommend measures to prevent corruption, create public awareness on the debilitating effects of corruption, promote honesty and integrity among public officials and to implement the Prevention and Prohibition of Corruption Act 2/2000 and to formulate and implement the necessary regulations under the Act.
